Porta Rai is a project conceived from the very beginning with a clear vision - nature does not adapt to construction; construction adapts to nature. Out of a total area of 10 hectares, buildings occupy only 2 hectares, while the remaining 8 hectares are preserved as greenery, pine forest, olive trees, palms and existing natural landscapes.
This space is not artificially “greened,” but carefully preserved. The existing natural freshwater lake remains untouched and will be thoughtfully maintained, while walks through the pine forest, the shade of natural greenery and open sea views become part of everyday life. This balance between built and preserved space gives Porta Rai long-term value - both as a holiday retreat and as an investment.
